If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site.
El Centro Concrete reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
El Centro Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in El Centro, CA and the surrounding Imperial Valley area. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, floors, retaining walls, pool decks, and related flatwork and structural concrete projects.
Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of specific pricing, availability, or outcomes. All service agreements are formalized through a written contract signed by both parties before work begins.
All estimates provided by El Centro Concrete are based on information available at the time of the site visit. An estimate is not a binding quote until confirmed in a written, signed contract. Actual costs may vary from an initial estimate based on factors discovered during the project, including changes in site conditions, material costs, scope changes requested by the customer, or unforeseen conditions not apparent during the initial inspection.
Any change to the original scope of work will be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before the additional work is performed. El Centro Concrete will not proceed with work that increases the contract price without written customer authorization.
Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. In the Imperial Valley, extreme heat can require schedule adjustments to ensure proper concrete placement and curing. El Centro Concrete will communicate any schedule changes as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee as specified in your contract. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable as described in the project contract.
Payment terms are specified in the written project contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is typically required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Accepted forms of payment will be stated in your contract.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the contract. El Centro Concrete reserves the right to suspend work on a project if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule.
In the event of non-payment, El Centro Concrete reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including the filing of a mechanics lien against the property as permitted under California law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the project site, including any underground utilities, easements, or conditions that may affect the work. El Centro Concrete is not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground utilities or features.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals before work begins. El Centro Concrete will obtain required building permits as part of the project scope, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
El Centro Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in the written project contract.
Concrete is a natural material subject to cracking, color variation, and surface changes over time. Minor surface cracking caused by normal curing and thermal movement is not a defect. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by customer misuse, failure to follow care instructions, acts of nature, or conditions caused by third parties.
Except as expressly stated in a written project contract, El Centro Concrete makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Information on this Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, El Centro Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
In any case, the total liability of El Centro Concrete to you for any claim arising out of or related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to El Centro Concrete for that project.

If a dispute arises between you and El Centro Concrete in connection with the Site or our services, we encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If informal resolution is not successful, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction as described in the Governing Law section below.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to the Site or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Imperial County, California.
